> 4w, not due to other diagnosis; >3 symptoms reluctance to be alone/sleep alone/go somewhere, recurrent nightmares, somatic complaints when separated; 3-8% epidemiology

pervasive, (school and home), inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity, <12 y/o; inattentive type (6 symptoms), hyperactive-impulsive type (6 symptoms);
