Elevate head
Put on gloves. Pressure on bridge of nose
Cool cloth or ice back of neck, forehead, upper lip
Could come from blood thinner

Choking, shock, burns, syncope, poisoning, nosebleed, vomiting, myocardial infarction, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia (DKA), seizure, stroke/CVA.
