Assessment Diagnosis Planning Implementation (CNA) Evaluation (90 days)
Incident, sentinel event
Incident - accident, problem, or unexpected event during course of care
Sentinel Event - unexpected occurrence involving death or serious physical or psychological injury.
Code Status - 2
DNR - Do not resuscitate
