ἀνοιξον τους οὐρανους.
Open the heavens!
διδασκετε αὐτην.
Teach her!

πολλα ἐχω ὑμιν λεγειν.
I have many things to say to you.
…ἐχειν ἐξουσιαν ἐκβαλλειν τα δαιμονια.
…to have authority to cast out the demons.
ὁ Ἰησους θελει σωσαι αὐτην.
Jesus is willing to save her.
θελεις βλεψαι;
Do you wish to see?
ἐζητουμεν ἀκουειν.
We were seeking to hear.
δει περιπατειν.
It is necessary to live.
ἐμελλετε γραφειν.
You were about to write.
θελεte μετανoησαι;
Do you want to repent?
δει φιλειν τον θεον.
It is necessary to love God.
βαπτιζετε τους ἀδελφους.
Baptise the bothers!
ἀκουσον αὐτου.
Listen to him!
ἐξεστι λαλησαι;
Is it permitted to speak?
δει λεγειν τῳ Τιμοθεῳ.
It is necessary to speak to Timothy.
προσκυνειτε τῳ ἁγιῳ θεῳ.
Worship the holy God!
ἀκουσατε αὐτου.

θελω πεμψαι ἀγγελον.

μη ζητει ἀπολυσαι.

εὐχαριστω τῳ θεῳ … ἀκουων σου την ἀγαπην.
I give thanks to God … hearing of your love.
πολλοι των Κορινθιων ἀκουοντες ἐπιστευον.
Many of the Corinthians hearing were believing.
περιπατων παρα την θαλασσαν της Γαλιλαιας εἰδεν δυο ἀδελφους.
While he was walking alongside the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers.
ἀκουσας δε ὁ Ἡρῳδης ἐλεγεν.
But when Herod heard (this) he said (was saying)…
βλεποντες ὑπηγον.
As they looked they were going away.
ἐκραξεν λεγων.
He cried out while saying.
βλεψας λεγει αὐτῳ.
When he saw them he said to them.
περιεπατουν τηρουντες τον νομον.
They were living keeping the law.
ἀκουσας τον λογον ἐδοξασα τον θεον.
After I heard the message, I worshipped God.
πιστευσαντες μετενοησαν.
When they believed, they repented.
βλεψας τον ὀχλον ὁ Ίησους ἐκηρυξεν τον λογον.
When he saw the crowd, Jesus proclaimed the word.
ἀνοιξαντες τους ὀφθαλμους αὐτων ἐβλεψαν την θαλασσαν.
After they opened their eyes, they saw the sea.
λεγων τῳ ὀχλῳ ὁ ἀποστολος ἐθεωρει τον οὐρανον.
While speaking to the crowd the apostle was looking at heaven.
γραψας το βιβλιον ὁ Πετρος ἐπεμψεν αὐτο τῃ ἐκκλησιᾳ.
When he had written the book, Peter sent it to the church.
