what are attractive nuisances
involve cases where children are attracted to ground equipment or aircraft and injure themselves. even when trespassing the landowner and/or applicator can be held liable if the landowner fails to take responsible precautions to prevent injury

call attorney or insurance company
check application records
make sure they are complete and up to date
save containers used and or photograph the label
go to the site and record all useful information
