What’s saturation?

A

We call a solution saturated when it has the maximum amount of solute dissolved in it

What are the different kind of saturations?

A
  • When something hasn’t reached its maximum solubility, we say it’s unsaturated
  • When something is at its solubility concentration, we say it’s saturated
  • When something is past its solubility, we say it’s super saturated
