Secure: happily bonded with other and relied on them - relaxed trust
Anxious-ambivalent: when attentive care was unpredictable - fretful mixed feelings, being uncertain of when a caregiver would return became nervous and clingy
Avoidant: hostile adults - withhdrew from others suspicious and not trusting
