- Community acquired pneumonia, gonorrhea, chlamydia, lyme disease
- High liposolubility : accumulates intracellularly
- GI disturbances, dental staining, hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity
- Children under 10 and pregnancy
- Oral
- 200mg the first day, then 100mg/day
