HAZ Severity: Category III - Marginal
May cause minor injury, occupational illness, or property damage.
HAZ Severity: Category IV - Negligible
Probably would not affect personnel safety or health.
Mishap Probablity
An assessment of the likelihood, given exposure to a hazard, a mishap will result.
Mishap Probablity: Category A
To occur immediately or within a short period of time when exposed to the hazard.
Mishap Probablity: Category B
Probably will occur in time
Mishap Probablity: Category C
Possibly will occur in time.
Mishap Probablity: Category D
Unlikely to occur.
