Q

Acute lymphocytic leukemia

Q

Non Hodgkins Lymphoma (NHL)

A

is a cancer of the lymphatic system, part of the body’s immune system. It occurs when tumors develop from white blood cells known as lymphocytes.

  • Malignant neoplasm of primarily b cells (most common), t cells or natural kills cell origin
  • More common than Hodgkin Lymphoma.
  • No reed sterburb cells in NHD

Note: neoplasm is an abnormal growth of cells, also known as a tumor.

Q

Hodgkins Lymphoma

A
  • type of blood cancer that typically develops in your lymph nodes.
