Q

what are platelets?

A

platelets are fragments of cells that produce a network of protein threads which trap red blood cells and platelets to form a jelly like clot stopping you from bleeding to death and preventing microbes from entering a wound.

Q

state whether each part of the blood does or does not have a nucleus
