Q

Evaluation

A

Ecological Validity: Low
- highly artificial task

Internal Validity: high
- control condition
- Directions given in native language of participant to limit it as cofounding variable

Reliability
- highly standardized
- can be replicated

Important to not make ecological fallacy from findings, not assume individual is more/less likely to conform simply because they are a part of these groups. Can lead to stereotyping.
