- raised, dome-shaped, papules w/ “rolled” borders & central depression/ulceration wtih underlying telagectasias
- pink/white/flesh colored
- translucent, waxy, pearly quality

- slightly scaly, eczematous-like, macules, patches, or thin plaques
- characteristic raised, pearly, white, rolled border
- pink to light red
