Note: When conditions permit, or prior to leaving the scene, the I.C. shall review the Command Post log and make note of any of the required railroad personnel who failed to respond to the Command Post. Upon return to quarters, the I.C. shall promptly notify the PTSU by phone, followed by a report via chain of command to advising of such, and any other problem that he/she had experienced during the incident.
