Abdo pain- generalised, then localising to McBurney’s point
Roving’s sign
N&V, anorexia, fever

A
Raised inflammatory markers with compatible history and exam

A
Urinalysis- pregnancy, renal colic, UTI
US in females
CT where other diagnosis more likely

A
Emergency appendectomy
IV antibiotics
