Who gets performance appraisals?
All members, except DFFs, recieve annual performance appraisal for direct supervisors. Completed by Feb 1st for the preceding year.
What is the appraisal process for?
Not intended to identify specific performance or behavioral issues but used as an overall measure of the members level of engagement and effectiveness.
Goals should be?
Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, timely. Personal and professional goals are important in the appraisal process.
Do members get to see their completed performance appraisal?
Yes and can get in from direct supervisor or HR. No changes are made after member sees it.
What happens if the member disagrees with the appraisal?
They can document their disagreement and request a meeting with the supervisor of the author to discuss their concerns.
