side effects:
gingival hyperplasia "fin gums"
hirsutism
skin rash
vitamin D and K interference
teratogen

IV infiltration causes purple glove

take w/food to avoid GI upset

hepatotoxic; monitor LFTs and watch for JAUNDICE
