~NRV ensure no flow leaks back through the charging system

Alloy steel lightweight cylinder fitted with a combined flow control and pressure reducing valve:
~1800psi charge pressure
~120 litres capacity

Two flow settings:
~Normal: 60 mins at two litres per minute
~High: 30 mins at four litres per minute
