Hypokalemia. 10 meq for low, 20 meq when less than 2.5 K. Creatinine must be less than 2 and mg greater than 1.1

Used for potassium excretion. HYPERKALEMIA. Monitor for hypovolemia, skin care, and dialysis if severe
Push/pull for potassium
Hyperkalemia. Give insulin + d50 and albuterol
