Ultrasound including vascular

What are the treatments for ALD?

A
For itch (colestryamine, uresodeoxycholic acid, sodium bicarbonate bath)
High calories (35-40kcal/kg/day)
sometimes NG tube
Fluids
NO alcohol
Rest – often suffer from chronic fatigue
