  • is account linked to MCC (MyClientCenter - when u create an account for accounts)
  • campaigns

    // ads & assets. do they have DSA Ads group
  • review bidding strategies that customer is using (ICS) and proposals
  • specify what their 3 top opti score offering is (recommendation tap) (ICS)
    when possible review before call to be ready for explanation
  • review AAR
  • plan the call! what to pitch
