obesity, awake arterial hypercapnia, paCo2>45, most also OSA… LEPTIN RESISTANCE
clin OHS
OSA symptoms plus JVD, edema, hepatomegaly
diagnosis OHS
blood gas, PFT, decreased diaper
central sleep apnea
less common, apnea WITHOUT resp effort, similar symbol to OSA
CSA MOA
delay in CNS PaCO2 response
