How do you test range of motion?
A
- have the patient try active range of motion, see how willing they are are to move
- Estimate range of motion
- Test End Feel - passive range of motion
- Firm
- Soft
- Hard
- Empty - Use goniometer to get range of motion in passive
- stabilize proximal segment always
- look for compensations
