Reflective journal purpose
used by multiple professionals, lessons that you’ve learned, impressions, re-assessment
NOT: a play by play, a venting tool, grading mechanism

- In-Action: when you are doing something
- On-Action: Looking backwards/looking on something
- For-Action: Thinking about something before you do it, could be after on-action
