2. APU selector - START, then ON- ** PACK control selectors OFF, verify that the APU BLEED AIR duct pressure is sufficient for engine start (approximately 20-30 psi).
- If external power is desired:
- CRM PWR switch
- CRM Power, If CRM is installed:
1. CRM PWR switch - ON - If CRM is not installed:
1. CRM PWR switch - Off
- CRM Power, If CRM is installed:

- MAIN DECK TEMPERATURE selector - ANIMAL/NORM or PERISHABLE
- BULK CARGO HEAT selector - NORM or VENT
- FLIGHT RECORDER switch - NORM
- SERVICE INTERPHONE - OFF
- RESERVE BRAKES and STEERING RESET/DISABLE switch - Guard closed and ISLN light is extinguished
