Degeneration of the annular fibrosis
Combined with osteophyte formation, narrows spinal canal
What are the presenting spondylosis of cervical spondylosis?
Neck stiffness, Crepitus, Stabbing or dull pain, Forearm/wrist pain

Absent pain and temperatire sensation- anterolateral pathway
Wasting/weakness of the hands and claw hand

Blocked CSF circualtion- e.g. arnold chiarri malformation
