Resources that limit the Size of the ecosystem and Types of Life that can live in the ecosystem.
Energy Pyramids
Show how energy flows in an ecosystem.
Consumers
Eat other plants or animals for energy.
Lost Energy
Only 10% of the energy from the previous level is transferred to the next level.
Producers (Plants)
Make their own energy through photosynthesis by absorbing sunlight and CO2.
Food Chains
Show how each living thing gets food, and how nutrients and energy are passed from creature to creature.
Food Webs
Show how plants and animals are connected in many ways.
