  1. Always carry a microscope with 2 hands (1 on the arm and 1 on the base) like a baby
  2. A microscope should be placed in the center of the table.
  3. Watch the stage when adjusting the stage height with the coarse adjustment.
  4. Keep both eyes open when looking through the ocular (eyepiece).
  5. The object under the microscope will move the opposite direction when you adjust the position of the stage.
  6. Use lens paper to clean the microscope.
