Webber classification:
Type A: Fracture of the medial maleolus
Type B: Fracture of the fibula at the level of the syndesmosis
Type C: Fracture of the fibula proximal to the syndesmosis

A

Usually stable
Closed reduction and casting UNLESS accompanied by a medial malleolus fracture
