5 → Bicondylar plateu fracture
6 → Plateau fracture with seperation of the metaphysis from the diaphysis

A

Nonoperative:
* For nondisplaced fracturs and in patients with advanced osteoporosis

Operative:
* Plates, screws
* Ring Sxator
* Autograft (allograft)
* Bone tamp (screwdriver ish thing) can be used to elevate depressed sections
