Q

What is the treatment for a Cole’s fracture?

A

Undisplaced:
* Cast alone
Mild displacement:
* Closed reduction

Significant deformity, comminuted fracture, open fracture, intra articular displacement >2mm:
* open reduction internal fixation (ORIF)
* CRPP (closed reduction percutaneous pinning)
