Larynx, L/R Main bronchus, lobar bronchii (secondary), Segmental bronchii (tertiary)

What is special about the left bronchus?
It divides after moving through the hilum
When does a bronchii become a bronchiole?
When the cartilage is lost
Name the anatomical position of the pulmonary artery
Superior and posterior
Name the anatomical position of the pulmonary vein
Inferior and anterior
Right lung depressions
Right brachiocephalic vein, SVC, Azygous vein, Heart and the Diaphragm
Left lung depressions
Arch of the aorta, descending aorta, diaphragm and heart
What is the nerve supply of the lung?
Anterior and posterior pulmonary nerve plexuses
Where are the lymphatics of the lung?
Deep pulmonary vessels inside the lung, in visceral pleura on the surface which drain into Bronchomediastinal trunks
What are the boundaries of the Pleura called?
Parietal, Viscera, Costal, Diaphragmatic, Mediastinal, with Costodiaphragmatic recess and Costomediastinal recess
Parietal pleura of the lung nerve supply?
Intercostal nerves and phrenic nerve
Visceral pleura of the lung nerve supply?
Surrounding viscera nerves
