Sign Test Process

A
  • Add all plus, minus and equals signs in relation to the hypothesis
  • Take away any results that are equal and adjust the number of participants
  • Take the least frequent value, label it S
  • Count the number of participants and label it N
  • Level of significance is labelled D
  • Compare the S score with critical value score at the significance value of P≤0.05
  • Conclusion made on whether significant or not
