What is plyo training
Ability of muscle to excerpt maximal force output in a min amount of time
Aka rate of force production
Principles
Explosive movements such as bounding, hopping, jumping for muscular power

Plyometric (reactive) training definition
Quick, powerful movements generated involving explosive concentric muscle contraction proceeded by eccentric muscle action

Forces must be dampened (eccentrically) stabalized (isometric ally) and accelerated (Concentrically) to move with efficiency
