A

Simpler awesomeness that include component parts to prepare for more challenging postures. Go from simple to more complex poses.

Peak pose

A

Climax of the goal of Vinyasa yoga. This is the hardest pose. Done around 30 to 40 minutes of class.

Transitional pose

A

Gradual shift from one range of motion to another. Shorter length, very chilled/centering after peak pose.

Counter poses

A

Opposing action to bring balance to body. Seated poses, balancing poses to the peak pose. Think about the spine; go in opposite as peak.

Don’t want to counter every post takes too long!
