This keeps spinal integrity and intrinsic equilibrium

What not to do?
A
Pull or round to stretch. This stretches the posterior longitudinal ligament! We want to rock the pelvis instead

Neutral vs external
A
Toes same direction as shoulders, unless femur bones externally rotate & abduct.
*butterfly is external
Even though toes are pointed in the same direction of shoulders
