Diaphragm is shoved to the top so harder to breath in later trimesters

Which trimesters the most risk

A

First trimester: most risk because the embryo steel needs to attach.
Too much movement not good.

If they are brand new to yoga, suggest they don’t start until after week 12 when pregnancy is confirmed viable.
