Teaching Rules to Follow
Simple before hard (symmetrical before asymmetrical, external before neutral)
Dynamic before static to avoid muscle fatigue
Link 3 to 5 max postures to avoid muscle exhaustion
Maintain posters on certain levels and gradually work to the next level (ground to sitting to standing) as well as planes of movement.

2: dynamic movements before static
3: donβt link more than five poses on one side, especially balance
4: teach modifications

Types of adjustments
Directive: strong firm contact that moves the body in a certain direction
Alerting : specific light touch, intendant, bring awareness and attention
Investigative: checking the quality of skin or muscle to observe if the area is working correctly, and to observe how the student responds to our touch
