A

Faulty works can be rectified when exposed so avoids delays and disruption if covered up.

Helps build relationships.

Flatten any issues early so they don’t become ongoing.

PC when the works are practically complete and only small jobs to complete such as cleaning and minor snags.

Releases part of the retention
Defect liability begins.
