Every 7 days or when the weather conditions have changed which may affect condition of scaffold. The inspection must be carried out by a SMSTS certified or appropriately qualified person.

Following communication with the PC I attached a note to the scaffold notifying users of the issue and notified the on site foreman of the issue.
