I think it’s fair to say that there are few Drawback/negative aspects. But I guess the most adverse feature would be + As with any kind of house, old houses require maintenance. Since they’re old and a lot of the systems and materials used may not be readily available anymore, maintenance can be more expensive than usual. + And an additional weak point may be that + Old building are often inconvenient since there are a lot of equipments can not be used in these houses.
