What are the disadvantages of having a fixed daily routine?

I think it’s fair to say that there are few Drawback/negative aspects. But I guess the most adverse feature would be that + Doing the same thing everyday will make you feel boring+ And an additional weak point may be that. + There are a of factors that can affect your daily routine such as weather, health condition and so on. So It is quite difficult to have a fixed daily routine.
