How to lose body fat

A

Body must take in fewer calories than it uses

There are 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat. So to lose a pound of fat, you gotta subtract 1,000 calories

So to lose a pound a week, reduce your calories by 500 a day. To lose 2 pounds a week, reduce your calories by 1k a day

Tips to lose weight

A

Start light- it’s a marathon, not a sprint. You gain over time, you’ll lose over time. You’re weight management choices should be shit you can commit to over time. It can be as simple as walking 30 mins daily

Physical activity

Eat slowly- this allows enough time for your stomach to tell your brain to stop eating. Eating too fast may even block the release of gut hormones that make you feel full
