Vitamin E and K
Vitamin K1 is found in green veggies and is good for helping with blood clotting. Customers taking blood thinners should avoid K1, unless a doc ok’s it
and vitamin K2 is good for bone health and is found in meats cheeses and eggs
Vitamin E is known to protect LDL(bad cholesterol) from oxidative damage. Also, vitamin E can support eye health.
It’s also good for immune system
It helps heal wounds, supports circulation and overall heart health
Vitamin E is found in asparagus, avocados and peanuts
Vitamin D
Vitamin D is in fish oil
Vitamin D- is good for blood sugar
It helps strengthen bones cuz it helps the body absorb calcium.
Helps with prostate and Testosterone
In order for Calcium to absorb, vitamin D is needed. D also helps promote a healthy immune system.
Vitamin D is referred to as the sunshine vitamin because the sun triggers vitamin D synthesis in the skin
Three forms of D: D2 comes from food, D3 comes synthetically; and D5 comes from the sun, fish, or some vegan foods. Can’t get it from pills
Older adults aren’t efficient at absorbing vitamin D, we don’t get enough sun, and don’t eat enough fish and eggs. This is why we’re deficient
Vitamin B family
B vitamins convert food into energy and help maintain the health of the nerves, skin, eyes, hair and brain.
Vitamin B gets depleted more quickly when people are under stress and when they consume excess carbs and caffeine. Taking a B complex later in the day helps replenish what u lost
Biotin, niacin, folic Acid
Biotin is good for blood sugar, because it’s used to process glucose.
Folic acid- good for helping the prevention of birth defects in pregnancy aged women
Vitamin B2 AKA riboflavin
Helps convert carbs into fuel, but it can turn your urine super yellow.
Vitamin B5 AKA pantothehenic acid
It’s good for energy and helps supports the body’s resistance to stress.

Without enough B1 the body can’t transform sugar into usable energy
Vitamin B3 AKA niacin or niacinamide uses
They may cause red rash or a tingling sensation. However, non flush niacin eliminates the tingling.
Helps super healthy cholesterol levels.
Vitamin B6 uses
Helps support neurotransmitter synthesis(I.e serotonin and dopamine)
Supports the metabolism of carbs, fats and certain amino acids. Which in turn can help maintain a healthy weight
