Superfoods
They’re light in calories and heavy in nutrients that our bodies can’t produce. They’re a very good antioxidant
Why regular veggies aren’t enough
They tend to have higher sugar and less micronutrients
Raw apple cider vinegar
Contains the mother strands of protein, enzymes and friendly bacteria.
The benefits come from its good bacteria, potassium magnesium, and enzymes.
Beets
Humans started using that in Ancient Rome. Good for eye health cuz they have lutein. Also beets are good for circulation, blood pressure, and a pump when you exercise

Grown on vines in Tibet snd Mongolia.
Perhaps the best source of vitamin C, with 500x more c per ounce than an orange or any other fruit.
They also have b, a, and e.
Good antioxidant, minerals and amino acids which are protein building blocks
Raw cacao
Is the best antioxidant found in any food.
High in magnesium and iron
MACA
Consumed originally by Inca warriors for strength and endurance.
Good for energy, fertility, and immune function

Tastes good. Has potassium, and iron. It’s an antioxidant

Bee superfoods
Egyptians have been talking about it since the BC’s. The western world discovered the benefits of bee superfood accidentally during an investigation of native Russian beekeepers who regularly lived past 100. They ate raw honey(rich in bee pollen) daily
Royal jelly
Is a bee superfood it is a milk secretion from the glands of bees. Queen bees live exclusively off of it and they out live other bees by 40 fold
It’s a powerhouse of nutrients containing every nutrient needed to support life.
Richest source in the world of vitamin b5, which is good for energy and stress

Bee superfood. It’s the most complete food found in nature and and has 5-7 more protein than beef
