A

main symptom = sicca (dryness)

also causes arthralgia, fatigue and parotid gland swelling

how is sjogrens treated?

A

mainly symptomatically
- eye drops, saliva supplements etc
can use hydroxychloroquine for arthralgia and fatigue
immunosuppression if organ involvement
