A

A

no direct cause but some things can increase risk

  • hobbies and type of work (manual)
  • abnormal alignment
  • may be a familial link

A
mainly pain control - analgesia and mild opiates
physiotherapy
weight loss
exercise
surgery (joint replacement) if needed
