SVFR Allows an aircraft to operate in a CTR in Wx conditions below those normally prescribed, Provided that the operation is performed:
- Ceiling Not below 600ft and Flight Vis not below 1500m
- By day only
- Clear of clouds
- Aircraft is equipped with 2 way radio communication
