Ventricular Tachycardia Flashcards
Define Ventricular Tachycardia:
Abnormally fast heart rhythm that arises from improper electrical activity of the heart, and starts in the ventricles. Has the potential to precipitate ventricular fibrillation - which would require urgent treatment.
