Define Atrial Flutter:
Common abnormal heart rhythm that starts in the atrial chambers of the heart. When it first occurs, it is usually assocated with a fast heart rate and is classified as a type of supraventricular tachycardia. Atrial flutter is characterised by a sudden onset - usually regualr abnormal rhythm on an ECG, which the rate is fast. It is a form of supraventricular tachycardia with a succession of rapid atrial depolarisation waves.

2. Sawtooth Appearance
3. Flutter waves may be visible following carotid sinus massage or adenosine.
